摘要
为了比较不同拓扑及其调制策略下三相Buck变换器的综合性能,评估其在不同应用领域的适用性,文章综合比较评了2种常见的三相Buck型变换器(6开关Buck整流器和SWISS整流器)在空间矢量调制和载波调制下的性能,具体包括功率损耗、效率、输入电流质量、共模特性、无功补偿能力以及功率半导体器件等。通过这种比较评估,从系统层面上揭示了上述两种整流器拓扑的性能,为实际应用中拓扑结构和调制策略的选择提供了一定的依据。
In order to compare the comprehensive performances of three-phase Buck-type converters with different topologies and modulation strategies, and to evaluate their applicability in different fields, two common converters were comprehensively evaluated, including the performances of 6-switch Buck-type rectifier and SWISS rectifier under space vector modulation and carrier modulation. The detailed comparison contained power loss and efficiency, quality of input, current, common mode characteristics, reactive power compensation ability, semiconductors, etc. Via this comparative evaluation, performances of the proposed rectifier topologies were introduced on the point of system, which could provide some references for the proper selection of topology and modulation strategy in the practical application.
