摘要
三电平变流器模型是仿真研究三电平变流器的基础,但既有三电平变流器建模方法比较繁琐。文章指出三电平变流器桥臂在功能上等效于多路开关,分析了三电平变流器的母线电位、中点电流和相电流,建立这些关键电位和电流的Simulink模块,并给出了利用这些模块高效建立三电平变流器模型的方法。对比所建三电平变流器Simulink模块与Simulink自带三电平变流器模块的仿真结果,仿真结果的高度一致性验证了该建模方法的正确性。
Three-level converter model is the basis for studying the converter through simulation, but its cun'ent modeling methods are much complicated. After pointing out that a bridge arm of three-level converter is functionally equivalent to a multiport switch, it analyzed DC bus potential, neutral point current and phase current of the converter, developed their Simulink modules, and provided an efficient way for constructing a Simulink model of three-level converter. Simulations were performed to compare a three-level converter model obtained by the proposed method with that provided by Simulink toolbox, and the high identity of simulation results demonstrate the correctness of the proposed method.
