菊花挥发油提取及β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究菊花挥发油提取和β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。方法:分别采用单因素和正交实验法,研究菊花中挥发油的提取和β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺,其中提取工艺以浸泡时间、蒸馏时间、粉碎度,加水量四个因素为影响因素,以挥发油得率为指标优选提取工艺;包和物制备以β-CD和菊花挥发油投料比、包合时间、包合温度为影响因素,以包合物提取量和挥发油包合率的综合评分为指标,优选包合工艺。结果:最佳提取条件为:粉碎度80目,浸泡10 h,加水量14倍,蒸馏时间12 h。最佳包合条件为:β-CD和菊花挥发油投料比为8∶1,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2 h。结论:按照本试验方法得到较高的提取率及稳定的包合物。 Objective: To investigate the optimum extraction of volatile oil from Chrysanthemum and the inclusion process of beta cyclodextrin. Methods: Respectively using single factor and orthogonal experiment, optimum extraction of volatile oil of chrysanthemum and a beta - loop dextrin (beta CD inclusion process), which extraction process with immersion time, distillation time, crushing degree, the amount of water four factors influencing factors, with the volatile oil rate as index to optimize the extraction process; package and material of preparation with beta CD and chrysanthemum volatile oil to pack the synthetic extract and volatile oil feeding ratio, time, temperature as the influencing factors in order inclusion rate of comprehensive score index, preferably package technology. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the degree of grinding was 80 mesh, the soaking 10 h, the amount of water 14 times, the distillation time 12 h. The best inclusion conditions were as follows : the ratio of the CD and the volatile oil to feed ratio was 8 : 1, the inclusion temperature was 60 ℃, and the inclusion time was 2 h. Conclusion: The higher extraction rate and stable inclusion complex were obtained according to the test method.
