摘要
为实现巴旦木青皮的有效剥离,借鉴国内外关于巴旦木脱青皮与其他青皮类坚果的脱皮机理、方法和机构优点,收集各类国内外相关文献、机具简介、专利等材料,国外针对巴旦木的皮果物理机械特性、含水率、成熟度等方面开展研究与分析,提出有效解决巴旦木脱青皮的机械原理,得出适合国内巴旦木脱青皮的最优机构,为巴旦木的精深加工奠定基础。
In order to realize effective decortications of almonds' green husk, peeling mechanism, methods and mechanism advantages both at home and abroad were taken for reference. Physical and mechanical properties, moisture content and maturity were studied and analyzed at abroad, and then, the effective mechanical decorticating principle was proposed. The best peeling mechanism adapt to domestic almonds was obtained based on domestic and foreign selected data, such as related literature, profile of machine, patent, ete, which laying a foundation for almonds' deep processing.
