摘要 农业物联网涉及领域广、控制对象多,若针对每个领域各个对象设计制造专门的控制器,则成本巨大。本文设计一种模块化的通用农业物联网控制器,包含采样检测、反馈控制、通信模块三个通用单元,实现农业生产现场多源传感信息采集与控制的一体化;其通用接口涵盖农业现场常用信息采集和控制设备的要求,当场景和挂接设备变化时,可避免重复设计,上层应用也可以据此进行统一管理。本控制器应用于规模化猪场、智能水产养殖场、温室大棚及农田土壤墒情监测物联网系统中。本文列举规模化猪场中的实际应用,使用效果表明该设计简单可靠、成本低、实用性强,具有良好的通用性。 Agricultural Internet of Things involves a wide range of fields and multiple control objects that make design specific controller for each kind of objects cost enormously. A modular general controller for agricultural Internet of Things was designed, which can realize integration of multi-source sensing information collection and control in agricultural production field with three common units, including sampling inspection module, feedback control module and communication module. The requirements of common information acquisition and equipment control of agricultural field was covered in its common interface, thus upper application can unified management according to the changes of scene or attached device and avoid the repeating design. This controller has been used in large-scale pig farms, smart aquaculture systems, greenhouse and intelligent farmland soil moisture content monitoring systems. Taking the application in large-scale pig farms as an example, the system has low cost, strong practicability and better universal property, also performs easy to use and reliable.
