摘要 以VAE乳液、白水泥为基料,加入一定量的助剂复配制成Ⅱ型聚合物水泥防水涂料,通过正交试验得到了最佳配方,研究了高温、低温、紫外线、碱溶液、表面活性剂及土壤掩埋等处理方式对其拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,最佳配方制得的涂料无处理时拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为2.2 MPa和120%,经高温、低温、紫外线、碱溶液、表面活性剂处理后拉伸性能总体上保持较好,可在较宽温度范围内和低碱及表面活性剂浓度较高的区域使用;土壤掩埋对拉伸性能不利。 Ⅱ type polymer cement waterproofing coating is prepared by VAE emulsion and white cement as bass material and additives. The optimum formulation is obtained by orthogonal test and the influences of different treatments such as high temperature, low temperature, UV, alkali, surfaetant and soil burial on tensile performance are studied. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at break of coating prepared by optimum formula are 2.2 MPa and 120%. After different treatments such as high temperature, low temperature, UV, alkali, surfactant, the tensile performance of the coating remains generally good, which mean it can be used in a wide temperature range and in the areas with low alkali and surfactant concentration. Soil burial is unfavorable to tensile performance.
