The article introduces waterproofing design and details treatment for the external walls of prefabricated buildings of Wanke Lucheng. As per the principle： material waterproofing combining physical structure waterproofing and structure drainage, the horizontal joints of wall panels adopt tongue and groove structure with the inner side high and outer side low; the vertical joints adopt slot structure; rubber water stops are embedded in advance in the internal side of the panel joints; weather resistant sealant is used to fill the panel joints from outside; water manifolds are fixed in the cavities of the panel joints, and good waterproofing effect is reached. Moreover, waterproofing treatments of details such as surroundings of door and window, reserved holes et cetera further guarantee the normal functioning of the buildings.
