摘要
从材料和施工工艺等方面分析了聚氨酯灌浆材料处理地铁及地下工程裂缝渗漏时常出现复漏现象的原因,认为材料指标不满足工程要求或施工工艺不到位、选材不当等是根本原因,而不是聚氨酯灌浆材料本身原因造成的;指出一些地铁工程项目禁止使用聚氨酯灌浆材料作为防渗堵漏材料的做法是错误的,水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料仍是目前地铁工程裂缝防渗处理首选材料。
From the aspects of material and construction technology, the article analyzes the re-leakage causes for the treatments of cracks in subway and underground projects with polyurethane grouting materials. Material index or construction technology cannot satisfy the engineering requirements, improper material selection are believed to be the root causes, and the polyurethane grouting material itself shall not be accused. The paper points out the practices of forbidding polyurethane grouting material to be used for anti-seepage and leakage blocking treatments in subway project are wrong, and water-soluble polyurethane grouting material is still the first choice for waterproofing treatment of cracks in subway project.
