本文从生命科学的发展,论述了生命科学与分析化学之间密切关系。对生物分析及生命科学前沿领域中热点生物大分子分析(核酸、蛋白质等),生物小分子分析(神经传递物质多巴胺和儿茶酚胺等),生物医学分析(临床分析、生物无机分析等)进行了评论。

In view of the development of life sciences the close relationship between life sciences and analytical chemistry is described in this paper. The hot subjects such as the analysis of biological macromolecuies (nucleic acids and proteins, etc.), the analysis of biological small molecules (neurotransmitters such as dopamine and catechol, etc.) and biomedical analysis (clinical analysis and bio-inorganic) on the frontiers of the bioanalysis and life sciences are reviewed.
