摘要
本文以三溴偶氮氯膦(TB-CPA)为显色剂,采用迭代目标转换因子分析(ITTFA)法,对地质样品中15个稀土元素进行同时测定,分析结果的相对误差小于15%;标准偏差为3.8×10^(-4)~5.5×10^(-2);相对标准偏差为0.22~3.5%;各元素的检测下限为(1.0~3.0)×10^(-8)。本文采用模式识别方法,用欧氏距离和方差作为分类特征,进行未知样品分析结果的可靠性判别。初步证明因子分析光度法用于解决复杂地质样品分析是可行的。还对目标向量的构成,最佳主因子数的确定对计算结果的影响等问题作了讨论。
The rare earth elements in geologic samples have been determined simultaneous with tribromocnlorophosphonazo by iterative target factor analysis method. The relative errors of analytical results are less than 15%. The standard deviations are 3.8×10<sup>4</sup>~5.5×10<sup>2</sup>, The relative standard deviations are 0.22~3.5%. The pattern recognition is used to distinguish the reliability of analytical results of unknown samples. It has been proved that the application of factor analysis to complex geologic samples are possible. The construction of target vector, the definition of factor number and the interference of coexisting ions have been discussed.
