摘要
为研究背景不确定性对高光谱目标探测的影响,对比分析了不同背景复杂度高光谱图像的异常目标检测结果。为避免其他因素的干扰,对航空高光谱图像进行低通滤波处理,获得具有不同背景复杂度的高光谱系列图像,而后在图像中嵌入目标,得到背景不确定性不同而目标相同的系列高光谱图像。用异常检测算法对得到的图像进行目标检测,结果表明:(1)背景不确定性越低,异常目标被探测到的可能性越大;(2)混合像元的存在有利于降低目标的显著性,并使得探测结果的不确定性增加;(3)当空间分辨率的尺度大于2倍目标尺度时,即便背景不确定性很小,由于目标背景的光谱混合,目标检测结果也变得完全不确定。
To study the influence of background uncertainty on hyperspectral target detection, comparative analysis on anomaly detection for hyperspectral images with different background complexities was carried out. In order to avoid interference by other factors, airborne hyperspectral image was filtered to generate images with different background complex, and targets were then embedded into the generated pictures. The anomaly detection results of these pictures show that, for spectrum image, the decrease of space reso- lution results in weaker background uncertainty, and consequently the target is easy to detect, that the ex- istence of mixed pixels helps to decrease target significance, and that,while the image space resolution is greater than two times the target size, the target detection is complete uncertainty
