江西实施供给侧改革的突破点分析

Analysis of the Breakthrough Point for Jiangxi Implementation of Reform of Supply Side

在论述供给侧改革的相关理论及江西供给侧基本现状的基础上,分析江西供给侧面临的主要问题。利用江西省的相关数据,根据柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,从供给侧实证分析影响江西经济增长的因素,并通过引入知识部门重构生产函数,寻求江西实施供给侧改革的突破点。据此,提出构建未来江西经济增长的动力机制,认为创新是经济增长的内核动力,供给侧的"三大发动机"和需求侧的"三驾马车"将合力推动江西经济健康可持续增长。

Based on the statement in correlative theory of reform of supply chain and the basic status quo of Jiangxi supply side, this article analyzes the main problems of Jiangxi supply side. By using relevant data of Jiangxi Province, according to Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper takes an empirical analysis of the impacting factor on Jiangxi economic growth from supply side, and introduce intelligence department to rebuild production function to search out the breakthrough point of supply side reform of Jiangxi. Accordingly, this article puts forward to build the dynamic mechanism for Jiangxi future eco- nomic growth, considers that innovation is the inner core dynamics for economic growth, the ＂Three Engines＂ on the supply side and ＂Three Carriages＂ on the demand side will combine to promote the healthy and sustainable economic growth in Jiangxi.
