Study on Path of Transformation and Upgrading of Postal Industry of Changzhou under New Normal

从常州邮政业发展现状入手,剖析了其中存在的问题。结合时代背景深入分析了经济新常态下常州邮政业发展面临的形势,进而从产业融合、电商发展、末端配送、安全监管、人才培养、法制建设、节能环保、行业协会等方面提出了新常态下常州邮政业转型升级的路径。

In this paper, we analyzed the problems existing in the postal industry of Changzhou.First, in the context of the contemporary times, we studied the situation faced by the postal industry of the city in the New Economic Normal and accordingly proposed the path for the transformation and upgrading of the industry from the aspects of industrial fusion, e-commerce development, end-point distribution, safety monitoring, talent cultivation, legal construction, energy conservation and environment protection, and industrial association, etc.
