摘要
首先阐述了大规模定制模式的概念与特征。基于大规模定制在商用载货车制造企业中的应用基础和优势,提出大规模定制在车辆模块化制造、业务流程再造、供应链、信息系统应用等方面的实施策略,为大规模定制在商用载货车制造业中的具体实施提供可行性思路。
In this paper, we first elaborated on the concept and characteristics of the mass customization mode. Then, based on the basis and strength for its application by the commercial truck manufacturing enterprises, we proposed the strategy to implement the mass customization in the modular manufacture, BPR, supply chain and information system of the commercial trucks.
