高职产教融合实训平台建设研究——以常州机电职业技术学院供应链一体化平台为例

Study on Establishment of Higher Vocational Production-education Integrated Training Platform:In the Case of Supply Chain Integration Platform of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology

围绕江苏省产教融合实训平台建设的相关文件,从高等职业教育的本质出发,以校行企合作为主线,以人才培养质量和社会服务能力提升为主要目标,常州机电职业技术学院与中国商业企业管理协会、中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会、深圳怡亚通供应链股份有限公司达成合作意向,以服务类专业建设为主线,辐射制造类和艺术类相关专业,共建供应链一体化实训平台。从机制建设、设施设备建设、实训资源建设、师资队伍建设以及服务能力建设等方面探讨了供应链一体化平台建设的主要内容,并分析了供应链一体化平台建设的主要成效。

Surrounding the relevant papers on the construction of the production-education integrated training platform in Jiangsu, starting with the nature of the higher vocational education, with the school-industry-enterprise cooperation as the main line and the improvement of the talent cultivation quality and the social service capacity as the main objective, the Changzhou Vocational Institute of Mechatronic Technology has reached a series of cooperation agreement with several supply chain enterprises and industrial societies to establish the supply chain integrated practical training platform. In this paper, from the aspects of system construction, facilities construction, practical training resource construction, teacher resources construction and service capacity construction, etc., we discussed the major content of the supply chain integrated platform and introduced the main achievements of the platform.
