摘要
为了探索线圈长度对棉/天丝/涤多组分羊毛衫织物的物理和服用性能的影响,在横机上编织出三种不同线圈长度的纬平针+抽针织物,分别测试其相关物理参数和服用性能参数,分析线圈长度对这些性能的影响。并在此基础上,通过与常见夏季羊毛衫织物的服用性能对比,探索该种棉/天丝/涤多组分羊毛衫织物作为夏季服饰的可行性。结果显示,在物理参数方面,线圈长度越长,织物越薄,克重越轻;在服用性能方面,线圈长度越短,织物的透气透湿性越差,而芯吸高度,起毛起球则变化不大,而快干性随着时间的持续,逐渐稳定。经过与常用夏季针织面料对比,可以预测该款面料是适合作为夏季羊毛衫面料。
In order to exploring the influence of the loop length on the physical property and wearability of cotton/tencel/polyester woolen sweater, 3 different kinds of woolen sweater fabrics with various looplength were knitted by flat knit machine in the current study. The relevant parameters of physical property and wearability of the fabrics with various loop length were tested and analyzed to understand the relationship between them. On the basis, this fabric was compared with a cornmon summer woolen fabric to investigate the possibility the usage of this fabric in summer, It was revealed that the thickness and weight of the fabric was decreased with the increasing loop length for physical properties, in the case of the wearability, the air and water vapor permeability were positive with the loop length, while wicking height and pilling and fuzzing were irrelevant with the loop length. The drying capacity turned steady as the time changed, It also can be concluded that this fabric can be used in summer by comparing with that fabric.
