摘要
以12Cr2Ni4A材料为例,在可控气氛渗碳炉进行了层深为0.85mm^1.20mm、表面硬度≥60HRC要求的氰化工艺试验,通过试验摸索确定了该设备氰化工艺参数;以某重点型号传动系统齿轮××-××-4178为例,进行了氰化验证。
In this paper, a cyaniding process test was performed on 12Cr2Ni4A in an atmosphere controlled furnace with case depth 0.85mm to 1.20mm and hardness ≥60HRC to determine the process parameter of this furnace through the test. Took the gears x x - xx -4178 of the drive system of a key project as an example, verification of cyaniding process has been conducted.
