摘要
文章阐述了上海郊区防汛除涝的基本情况,分析了2016年气象特性和郊区防汛存在的主要问题,提出了做好郊区防汛工作的对策和建议。
The article expounds the basic situation of flood and waterlogging suburbs. The 2016 meteorological characteristics and main problems of flood suburbs are also analyzed. The author provides countermeasures and advice of the control in Shanghai control in Shanghai flood control work in the suburbs.
