我国高职院校风险管理问题探析

我国高职教育进入快速发展期,高职院校时刻面临着经营运作和安全保障等风险。由于高职院校管理者的风险意识不足,高职院校缺少系统高效的风险管理体系。建立系统的高职院校风险管理体系须从风险管理计划制定、风险管理识别、风险管理估测、对付风险技术选择、效果评估等步骤进行。

The higher vocational education in our country is entering a period of fast development. The higher vocational college is always facing the risks of operation and security. As the governors of higher vocational colleges are in lack of risk awareness, the systemic and efficient risk management system is not in place in higher vocational college. The establishment of the systemic and efficient risk management system can be carried out according to the following steps, making the risk management plan, risk recognition, risk assessment, choice of the risk management techniques and effect evaluation.
