摘要
本文从形态学特征、分子标记、聚类分析方面研究了27个苎麻地方品种的遗传多样性。结果显示:1)对27个苎麻品种纤维支数进行了分析,得到了5份纤维支数为甲类的材料。2)通将PCR聚类分析的结果与形态特征的聚类分析结果比较,本试验未能显示出苎麻外部形态特征跟内部的遗传关系存在相关性。
The experiment first studied the agronomic characters and morphological characters of 27 local Boehmerai, hese varieties. The results are as follow : 1 ) Analysed on the plant height, stem diameter, skin thickness and fiber fineness of 27 Boehmerai species, and got 5 materials that their fiber fineness is Class A ; 2) Having compared the result of PCR cluster analysis with morphological cluster analysis. Through this experiment, we did not know the relationship between the external morphological char- acteristics and genetic relationship of ramie.
