摘要
为了考察青少年生命意义、自我效能与主观幸福感的关系,采用"生命态度剖面图"量表、一般自我效能感量表和总体幸福感量表对426名中学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)生命意义、自我效能感与主观幸福感之间互为正相关关系;(2)生命意义能够有效预测自我效能感和主观幸福感,自我效能感也能够有效预测主观幸福感;(3)自我效能感在生命意义与主观幸福感之间起着中介作用。本研究的结果表明青少年的生命意义与自我效能感均能预测主观幸福感,生命意义还可以通过自我效能感间接影响主观幸福感,开展生命意义教育是提升青少年主观幸福感的重要途径。
The present study aimed to explore the relationship between life meaning, self-efficacy and subjective well-be-ing among Chinese adolescents. A total of 426 middle school students completed three scales including the Life Atti-tude Profile Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, and General Well-Being Scale. The results showed that: ( 1 ) Adolescents’ life meaning, self-efficacy and subjective well-being were positively associated with each other; (2) Adolescents’ lifemeaning effectively predicted self-efficacy and subjective well-being, and self-efficacy effectively predicted subjective well-being; ( 3 ) Self-efficacy mediated the relationship between life meaning and subjective well-being among adolescents. The results indicated that both adolescents’ life meaning and self-efficacy can influ-ence subjective well-being, and life meaning can indirectly influence subjective well-being through self-efficacy. We concluded that the development of life meaning education is the important way to promote adolescents’ subjective well-being.
