某院Ⅰ类切口手术使用抗菌药物情况分析

Analysis on antibacterial drugs use situation in type 1 incision operation in a hospital

目的评价某院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用的合理性。方法采用分层抽样方法选取广东东莞仁康医院2013年1月1日至6月30日收治的Ⅰ类切口手术住院患者351例。按科室分别统计出Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率、有指征的用药比例、合理用药时机、用药疗程等。结果该院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率为26.78%（94/351）,符合卫生部低于30.00%的要求;各科室有指征用药基本位于50.00%以上,平均使用时间小于24 h,但术前0.5~2.0 h用药的比例不高[65.96%（62/94）]。结论该院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率符合卫生部要求,用药时机趋于合理。

Objective To evaluate the rationality of antibacterial drug use situation in type I incision operation in a hos-pital. Methods The stratified sampling method was adopted to select 351 inpatients undergoing type I incision operation in the Dongguan Renkang Hospital from January 1st to June 30 th in 2013. The use rate of antibacterial drugs,proportion of medication indication,rational medication timing,medication course,etc. in the type 1 incision operation were calculated out according to the departments. Results The use rate of antibacterial drugs was 26.78%（94/351） and conformed to the requirements（less than30.00%） of the Ministry of Public Health;the medication indication accounted for more than 50.00%,the average use time was less than 24 h,but the proportion of medication at preoperative 0.5-2.0 h was not high[65.96%（62/94）]. Conclusion The use rate of antibacterial drugs in type I incision operation in this hospital conforms to the requirements of the Ministry of Public Health and medication timing tends towards reasonableness.
