摘要近年来,加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS）理念被广大医务工作者所提倡,特别是欧美国家目前极为推崇,甚至会成为新的外科临床法则。ERAS技术就是通过在围术期采取一系列的优化处理措施,帮助患者术后更好更快地康复。在我国,ERAS理念已成功应用于肝叶切除术患者,本文就ERAS应用于肝叶切除术作一综述。
