摘要
本研究的目的,在于找出影响并决定个人及部门间相互合作KPI的关键因素,并对它进行系统的分类、分析。并藉此从结构上,阐明了包含部门间相互合作的成果指标,对提升供应链管理成果起到了作用。T公司通过设计并引进反映合作特点的KPI,给组成人员赋予了动机,初步确认了公司销售额及消费者满意度提高的事实。
The purpose of this study is to find out the key factors that affect and determine cooperation between departments, and make a systematic analysis of the classification of KPI.From the structure,the results of the cooperation between the departments and the departments had been clarified,which have played a role in improving the supply chain management.T company through the design and the introduction of the characteristics of the cooperation reflect the KPI, to the organization of personnel to give motivation, initially confirmed the company's sales and consumer satisfaction to improve the fact.
