With more PC companies apply make-to-order and JIT production mode to meet the market demand, second-tier supplier＇s capability and performance have a growing impact on the entire PC supply chain.Based on the research of second-tier supplier evaluation system,combined with AHP and variation coefficient method,this thesis evaluated the business performance the second-tier supplier,and adopted the specific classification management to enhance the supply chain efficiency.
