摘要
文章在企业间联盟理论基础上,对大量的相关文献进行深入分析和进一步探讨。基于平衡计分卡,根据企业与非营利组织跨部门战略联盟的特征,提出绩效评估框架,给出指标计算方式与执行标准,分别从战略合作、客户、学习与发展以及社会这四个层面评估联盟绩效,由此来判断联盟整体是否达到了预期的战略利益目标。
This paper was based on the theory of inter-firm alliance,through a large number of relevant literature in-depth analysis and further discussion.Based on the Balanced Scorecard and according to the characteristics of cross-sectoral strategic alliance between enterprises and non-profit organizations ,we put forward the performance evaluation framework and gave the calculation method and the performance standard of index.We evaluated the strategic cooperation,client,learning and development, and the social performance to judge whether it achieves the expected strategic interest objectives.
