Discussion on the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Centralized Procurement of Materials in Railway Construction Enterprises

随着铁路建设的进一步加快,为提高企业效益,降低采购成本,中国中铁股份公司全面推行物资集中采购,从股份公司、二级集团公司一直到各三级子公司都出台了具体的物资集中采购管理办法或实施细则。文章就物资集中采购的优缺点作简要的分析和探讨。

With the further speeding up of the railway construction, China Railway Company in the full implementation of the centralized procurement of materials, in order to improve the efficiency of enterprises, reduce the cost of procurement.Stock company,second group companies,as well as the three subsidiaries are all developed specific materials centralized procurement management approach or the implementation details.In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of centralized procurement of materials were briefly analyzed and discussed.
