摘要
材料价格随市场波动起伏,机械和人工费用不断提升,导致施工工程总成本日趋升高。企业往往由于预算不准确、管理监督缺失、施工参与人员成本控制的意识薄弱,以及不能严格执行企业成本定额等原因,导致项目工程造价和成本不能得到有效控制,内忧外患中工程项目处于微利或者亏损的状态,施工企业举步维艰。施工企业要想做大做强,必须在投标、招标、准备、施工和竣工等主要环节堵塞成本管理的"漏洞",防范项目经营风险。
With the fluctuation of material price and the increasing prices of mechanics and labor, the total cost of construction works has been rising increasingly.Due to the reasons of inaccurate budget,management deficiencies,the weakness of cost control conscious of construction participants and lax enforcement of cost quota,the project manufacturing costs cannot be controlled effectively,resulting in the difficulty of construction enterprises.The construction enterprises have to stop all loopholes of cost control main sections such as bidding,preparation, construction and completion in order to prevent operation risks.
