摘要
以70支防缩羊毛纤维所纺制的粗纱为原料,采用青泽451C^3型细纱机,在相同细纱工艺条件下,分别纺制50、60、70、80和90 Nm的环锭纺和紧密纺毛纱,并对比了紧密纺和环锭纺纱线的成纱质量。结果表明,紧密纺纱线综合性能优于环锭纺纱线,尤其在纺制高支纱线时。在此基础之上,进一步探索了低支羊毛在该装置上纺高支纱的可行性。
The ring spun and compact spun worsted yam of liner density of 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 metric count are spun with anti-shrink wool fibers of 70 count on Zinser 451C3 spinning frame under the same condition respectively, and the quality of yams is compared. The result shows that the quality of compact yarns is better than that of the ring spun yams, especially for the yarn of high count. Based on this, the feasibility of spinning of high-count yarn using low-count fibers on Zinser 451C3 spinning frame is explored.
