摘要
以红麻为原料,分别采用细度为496、575、683 tex的纱线,以平纹为基础组织,在小样织机上以飞穿法分别试织出三角形、工字形和X型3种横截面的三维立体空芯织物。性能测试结果显示,该织物符合产业用纺织品的各项标准。确定出合理的上机工艺参数,其中经向紧度为56%,纬向紧度为35%。开发的培育红麻用三维织物结构稳定,基本达到了预期要求。
Taking kenaf as a raw material,, based on plain weave, three kinds of 3D hollow fabric with different cross sections of triangle, l-shape and X-shape are successfully woven with yarn fineness of 496tex, 575tex, 683tex respectively on small sample loom. The results show that the fabric can meet the requirements of various industrial standards. The reasonable design parameters are determined as: warpcover of 56% and weftcover of 35%. The developed 3D fabric from kenaf for breeding has good performance, and can basicly meet the desired requirements.
