摘要 利用微波-生物酶-化学辅助-碱氧浴法脱胶工艺获取了乌拉草纤维,并研究了纤维的性能。利用扫描电镜观察纤维的截面及纵向形态发现:纤维有中腔,结构中有微孔,纵向有粗条纹。经测试,纤维的平均直径为19.45μm,线密度为1.50dtex左右。平均回潮率为16.5%,断裂强度为2.96cN/dtex,纤维长度为30~55mm。综合各项指标说明,乌拉草纤维具有一定的可纺性。 Meyer sedge fibers are successfully obtained by microwave-biological-enzymatic-assisted chemical-oxygen-alkali bath degumming process, and the structure and properties of meyer sedge fiber are studied. Cross-section shape and longitudinal shape are investigated by means of SEM, and it is found that there are lumen and microporous structure the cross-section direction, and there are wide stripes in the lengthwise direction. The average diameter of the fiber is 19.451μm, the fiber density is about 1.50dtex, the average moisture regain is 16.5%, the breaking strength is 2.96cN/dtex, the length of the fiber is about 30~ 55mm. The comprehensive indexes show that the meyer sedge fibers have good spinnability.
