党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央面对世情、国情、党情所发生的深刻变化,不断推进理论创新和实践探索,提出了一系列以马克思主义为指导,蕴涵中国优秀文化精髓,充分结合当代中国实际国情的治国理政的新思想、新观点、新论断、新要求。从理论指导维度看,其治国理政思想贯穿了唯物史观和唯物辩证法的红线;从文化传承维度看,旨在弘扬中华文化沃土中的优秀文化;从问题切入维度看,直面中国全面改革开放发展实际;从目标厘定维度看,始终坚持中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦;从经验运用维度,凸显了推广党在长期工作中形成的经验和方法。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the new central committee led by comrade Xi Jinping advance innovations both in terms of theory and practice in response to the drastic circumstance changes of the world, our country, and the CPC. Consequently, new ideas, viewpoints, claims and new requirements in gov- erning the country are brought up, which are guided by Marxism, containing the essence of Chinese culture andintegrating the actual national conditions of contemporary China. From the perspective of theoretical guidance, both historical materialism and materialistic dialectics can be found in these thoughts; from the perspective of culture inheritance, it aims at promoting the excellence of extensive Chinese culture ; from the perspective of its entry point, it complies with the actual situations of comprehensive reform and opening - up ; from the perspec- tive of its primary goal, it is persistent in upholding the Chinese Dream for the great resurrection of Chinese peo- ple; from the perspective of utilizing existent experience, it highlights the experience and methods formulated in the long term work of CPC.
