改装Vitalstim电针仪治疗抑郁症临床疗效观察

A comparative study of modified Vitalstim electroacupuncture apparatus in the treatment of patients with depression

目的观察改装后Vitalstim电针仪治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分成治疗组(改装Vitalstim电针仪系统治疗联合常规药物治疗)和对照组(仅用常规药物治疗),共计6周。治疗前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和生存生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评价疗效。结果治疗后两组的HAMD评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组(87.5%)总有效率与对照组(77.5%)相当(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SF-36各因子评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组的SF-36各因子评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改装Vitalstim电针可有效改善抑郁症患者的临床症状和生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of modified Vitalstim electroacupuncture apparatus in the treatment of patients with depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group treated with modified Vitalstim electroacupuncture apparatus and control group treated without modified Vitalstim electroacupuncture apparatus for 6 weeks. They were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） and MOS Item Short Form Health Survey（ SF- 36） before and after treatment. Results The scores of HAMD in two groups after treatment were all significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the score of HAMD in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; and there was no significant difference in effective rate between treatment group（ 87. 5%） and control group（ 77. 5%）（ P〉0. 05）. All the factor scores of SF-36 in two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the factor scores of SF-36 in treatment group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Vitalstim electroacupuncture apparatus can improve clinical symptoms and quality of life in the patients with depression effectively.
