基于BDI决策的居住空间宜居性分析——以大连沙河口区为例 被引量:22

摘要 以土地利用、社会经济、高程数据为基础,应用BDI决策多智能体模型研究大连市沙河口区居住空间宜居性。结果表明:1大连市沙河口区星海湾街道居住空间适宜性评价数值为32.186,居住空间以星海湾街道适宜性为最佳,其次是南沙街道25.288,黑石礁街道22.098。2绿地影响着居住空间的适宜性,居民的生活离不开优美的生态环境。3适宜居住空间有绿化较好,公共设施完善,居住空间所在区地面平缓,交通发达且及居民点聚集不十分密集的特点。总体而言,沙河口区居住空间宜居性差异性大,东南方向居住空间适宜性较强,全区整体呈现?型分布。 In recent years, in attempts to create spaces that are better suited for living and work, and for continually improving people's standards of living, the topic of the movement toward "amenity cities" has become a focus of academic research. Urban development should be guided by a sustainable planning and management vision that promotes interconnected green spaces, a mufti-modal transportation system, and mixed-use development. Environmental quality and economic status are vital factors in the livability of human settlements, and livability is a unity of the natural ecological environment and human social environment. As China's economy and society develop, demands by the country's residents for greater material and spiritual value are heightening, and environmental capacity with obvious conditionality and government guidance have also resultantly surfaced as relevant issues. The spatial qualities of residential districts have become indispensable and important fields of pursuit for satisfying residents' varying demands. Amid these concerns, residents are expressing their requirements for residential districts' location-related advantages, traffic-related advantages, environmental comfort, range of activities, green spaces, educational facility advantages, and other such desirable aspects. Residential districts' livability is, thus, a powerful driving force behind residents' quality of life. For this reason, analysis and research of residential districts' livability has become a popular topic of focus. Based on land use, community economies, and altitude data, the present study discusses the livability of habitable areas in the Shahekou District of Dalian, by applying multi-agent modeling and BDI (Belief, Desire, Intention) strategies. This research yielded a number of results. First, the evaluation index of residential suitability on the district's Xinghai Street is 32.186, which represents the highest suitability for a living space among all the research subjects. This is followed by 25.288 on Nansha Street and 22.098 on Heishijiao Street. Second, the vegetation cover rate affects the desirability of residential areas. The presence of a superb ecological environment in the surroundings is a vital factor. Third, several aspects should be emphasized in the desirability of residential areas: high vegetation coverage rate, optimal public facilities, an outstanding transportation system, steady and limited undulation and agreeable topography, and low concentration of residents. In sum, unique characteristics and features are a huge differentiating factor for the livability of habitable areas in the Shahekou District of Dalian. Additionally, the southeast area of the district demonstrated better performance than the rest. The evaluation index of residential suitability in the district shows a linear distribution pattern. The present study provides a useful case for deeply understanding sustainability in urban areas, as well as the requirements for urban human settlement development. It also offers practical ways to guide the optimization of urban spatial distribution and development of highly livable cities.
