摘要
主要介绍了利用Profibus-DP总线技术,用电磁阀岛取代传统的中间继电器、传感器与电磁阀。阐述了电磁阀岛的工作原理,介绍了电磁阀岛的通信接口、输入输出模块、电缆等附件。以离子交换的混床为例,介绍了设计电磁阀岛箱的流程及注意事项,总结了实际应用中的典型故障及排除方法。
The technique of electromagnetic valve terminal combining with Profibus- DP ismainly introduced. Centre relay, sensor, solenoid valve are replaced with electromagnetic valveterminals. The working principle is expounded. The communication interface, input/outputmodule, cable and other accessories are introduced. The flow and notices for electromagneticvalve terminals design are introduced with mixed bed of ion exchanger as case. Typical faultand troubleshooting in actual application are summarized.
