摘要
以无锡市惠山区为研究区,从土地利用承载力和土地利用协调度两方面构建土地利用潜力评价体系,综合评价了其土地利用潜力,研究表明:堰桥街道、前洲街道和玉祁街道为土地利用高潜力区,洛杜街道、前桥街道和阳山镇土地利用潜力适中,长安街道受惠山新城建设影响,土地利用潜力最低。洛社镇、玉祁街道应以农业发展为根基,重点维持耕地占有率,适度挖掘土地利用潜力;阳山镇和钱桥街道应根据园、林特色,走以生态农业为主的土地利用道路;长安、堰桥和钱桥街道应深度挖掘土地利用潜力,打造惠山区的二、三产业和城镇、居民集聚区。
The extensive use of land is a the stubborn illness of the sustainable development of the economy developed areas, while the evaluation and tap the potential of land use is the basic way to realize the optimal allocation of land resources. In view of this, the potentiality of Huishan District is taken as the research object in the paper, and then the land-use potential evaluation index system based on land utilization bearing capacity index and land utilization coordination degree index is constructed to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation of the land-use potentialities of Huishan District. The results show that Yanqiao street, Qianzhou street and Yuqi street are the high potential regions in land use; Luodu streets, and Qianqiao streets and Yangshan town are the moderate potential regions; while Changan Street is the minimum potential region influenced by the metro construction of Huishan. And then some measures are given. For Yuqi Street, the development of agriculture should be taken as the foundation, and the cultivated land occupancy rate should be especially maintained and the land potential should be moderately exploited; for Yangshan town and Qianqiao Street, the development direction of ecological agriculture could be taken in land use according to their park and forest characteristics; for Changan,Yanqiao and Qianqiao Street, the potential of land could be deeply mined and the second and the third industry of the town and the residential area of Huishan District should be created. Measures were put forward according to the classification of potential zones.
