中国旅游产业专业化发展水平的空间非均衡及其演变——基于Dagum基尼系数与Markov链估计方法的实证研究

Spatial Imbalance and Its Evolution of China's Tourism Industry Specialization Development——Based on Empirical Study of Dagum Gini Coefficient and Markov Chain

基于中国大陆31个省(市、自治区)1995—2014年旅游产业的相关数据,采用Dagum基尼系数和Markov链估计方法,研究了中国旅游产业专业化发展水平的地区差距及其动态演变过程。研究结果显示,中国旅游产业专业化发展水平的总体差距以及东、中、西三大地区内差距均呈下降趋势,地区间差距是中国旅游产业专业化发展水平总体差距的主要来源。同时,中国旅游产业专业化发展水平不断提高,但旅游产业专业化发展水平状态之间的流动性较低。据此,提出了扭转中国旅游产业专业化发展水平空间非均衡态势的政策建议。

By using the panel data of 31 provinces from 1995 to 2014 in China, with the aid of Dagum Gini Coefficient and Markov Chain estimation method, this paper studies the regional difference and the dynamics distribution of the development level of tourism industry specialization in China and gets the following conclusions： The overall disparity in the development levels of the tourism industry specialization as well as the regional disparity among the eastern, central and western is in the decline. The disparity among regions is the major source of the overall inequality. In addition, it also finds that the overall level continues to improve, but there is a low mobility in the development levels. On this basis, the policy suggestions are put forward to reverse the imbalanced situation in space of the development level of China＇ s tourism industry specialization.
