摘要
灰锁斗罐是在两个压力不相等的系统之间设置的、压力可以间歇性变化的中间系统。因为其压力不停地变化,属于疲劳设备,所以不能采用常规设计方法进行设计,需要按照分析设计的方法进行设计。对灰锁斗罐的结构进行了分析,并对主要的构件进行了强度计算和校核。
Set between two systems of unequal pressure, the ash lock hopper tank is an intermediate system with intermittent pressure. Because of the constantly changing pressure, the ash lock hopper tank belongs to fatigue equipment. Conventional design method can not be used in the design of the ash lock hopper tank, which needs to be designed by analysis. The structure of the ash lock hopper tank is analyzed, and the strength calculation and check of main components are carried out.
