摘要
不锈钢复合板的覆层与基层的热处理特性有较大差别。复合板的焊后热处理要求既保障基层的机械性能,同时又不降低覆层的耐晶间腐蚀性能,因此制定科学合理的复合板热处理工艺比较困难。通过对奥氏体不锈钢和低合金钢冶金现象及热处理工艺的分析,对S30408+Q345R不锈钢复合板制定了合理的热处理工艺。研究表明,经过热处理之后的不锈钢复合板能够满足相关标准的要求。
For stainless steel clad plate, the heat treatment properties of the cladding metal and the base material are quite different. The post weld heat treatment (PWHT) should ensure both the mechanical properties of the base and the intergranular corrosion resistance of the cladding layer, and it is difficult to propose an appropriate PWHT technology for the stainless steel clad plate. Based on the analysis of metallurgical phenomenon and heat treatment process of austenitic stainless steel and low-alloy steel, a reasonable PWHT technology for the stainless steel clad plate consisting of S30408 and Q345R was designed. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of the stainless steel clad plate after PHWT could meet the requirements of relevant standards.
