摘要
高产酸性气井的环空安全是目前油气田普遍存在的问题,国内外均有大量气井存在环空带压问题,个别环空带压严重的井演变为井喷或地下井喷。环空带压过高会造成井下油管、套管、封隔器超压或挤毁失效,酸性气井中H_2S、CO_2、Cl^(-1)等还会腐蚀井口装置,直接影响气井后期的安全生产。针对高产酸性气井环空带压的问题,借鉴API RP90《海上油气井环空套压管理》标准,通过软件模拟计算了高产酸性气井的环空带压值和套管抗外挤安全系数,评价了气井的安全状况,从而为高产酸性气井的安全生产提供指导作用。
The annular safety of high production acidic gas wells is common problem in oil & gas field,and there are a large numbers of gas wells with annular pressure problems at home and abroad,individual wells with serious pressure annulus become blowout or underground blowout. High annular pressure may cause the failure of overpressure or collapse of the down-hole tubing,casing and packer,H_2S、CO_2、Cl^(-1) etc in acidic gas wells will also corrode the wellhead equipment,and directly affect the safe production of the late stage of gas well.Aiming at problem of pressured annulus for the high sour gas well,using API RP90'offshore wells annulus pressure management standard' for reference,annulus pressure and casing collapsing safety coefficient of high acid gas well is calculated through the software simulation and the safety status of wells is evaluated,so as to provide guidance for the safe production of high yield acidic gas.
