摘要 针对小井眼水平井、裸眼井采用常规机械封隔器完井方式存在工具下入困难、井筒密封适应性差等难题,研制了耐高温高强度遇水膨胀封隔器(耐温150℃,耐压差60 MPa以上)。从吸水膨胀橡胶研制入手,给出了吸水膨胀橡胶的基本配方及炼制工艺,设计了适应不同井筒尺寸的系列化遇水膨胀封隔器结构,搭建了遇水膨胀封隔器性能评估方法。试验结果显示,试制的遇水膨胀封隔器(长度4 m)在高温下(150℃)膨胀均匀,稳压能力大于62 MPa,折合15.25 MPa/m,能满足高温、深层油气井的完井作业要求。 Aiming at problems of difficulty to lower tool and poor sealing adaptability of well completion using conventional mechanical packer in the slim hole horizontal well,open hole,high temperature resistant high-strength water swelling packer has been developed( temperature of 150℃. the pressure difference above 60MPa). Starting from the development of water swellable rubber,the basic formula and refining process of water swellable rubber is present,a series of water expansion packer structure to adapt different hole size is designed,and the evaluation method of performance of water swelling packer is built. The test results show that the expansion of the trial water swelling packer( length 4m) at high temperature( 150 DEG C) is uniform,stabilizing capacity of it is more than 62 MPa,equivalent to 15. 25 MPa / m,can meet completion operation requirements of the high temperature,deep oil and gas well.
