摘要
国外TKM气田为高温、高产、高含硫化氢和二氧化碳的碳酸盐气藏,单井气产量高(日产气150×10~4~260×10~4m^3)且含少量水(5~40 m^3/d)。为了保证气井长期安全生产需要,一方面根据TKM气田储层特征,采用敏感性分析方法对6种异径油管最大采气能力、携液能力、抗冲蚀能力、摩阻损失、工具匹配性进行分析,提出了3种不同配产条件下的完井管柱方案;另一方面,根据TKM气田酸性流体介质通过模拟腐蚀环境下不同材质的腐蚀试验对比分析,优选了经济性更好的4C材质,满足TKM气田的防腐要求。
Abroad gas field of TKM is a carbonate gas reservoir of high temperature,high production,high contents of hydrogen sulfide and dioxide,whose single well's production is high( 150 × 10~4-260 × 10~4m^3/ d) and water output is little( 5- 40m^3/ d). To guarantee the need of safety production for a long time to gas wells,on the one hand,according to reservoir feature of TKM gas field,through analysis of the max production capacity,liquid out capacity,erosion resistant capacity,friction loss and tool matching of 6 different diameter tubes,3 different completion string programs with varied gas production are proposed. On the other hand,based upon comparison and analysis of corrosion experiments to sulfur fluids of TKM gas field flowing through different types of material in simulating corrosion environment,4C material for tube is selected for its better economy and corrosion prevention to meet the requirements of the TKM gas field.
