节能环保安全一体化MES在氯碱行业的应用

Application of MES in Chlor Alkali Industry

针对氯碱行业生产管理的业务特点,基于节能、环保和安全3条主线,开发了一套符合ISA95标准、全面实现物流、能流信息集成的可配置化制造执行系统(MES)平台。在此基础上,针对某氯碱行业两化融合示范企业,开发了包含过程监控、生产管理、能源管理、安全管理、环保监测、设备管理、质量管理等功能模块的MES。MES上线运行后,明显提高了数据分析效率,降低了产品单耗,保障了财产与人身安全。

According to the characteristics of production management in chlor alkali industry,based on the three main line of energy saving,environmental protection and security,a set of configurable manufacturing execution system （MES） platform is developed,which conforms to ISA95 standard and implements of information integration of energy and logistics flow. On this basis,the MES for a China model chlor alkali enterprise of integration of information and industrialization is development. The MES inc/udes process monitoring,production management,energy management, safety management,environmental monitoring,equipment management ,quality management and other functional modules. The actual results show that the MES improves the efficiency of data analysis,reduces product consumption,and pro- tects the property and personal safety.
