中国与印尼发展战略的对接与经济合作

The Link-up of Development Strategies and the Economic Cooperation between China and Indonesia

中国和印尼是东南亚地区的两个大国,中国的"21世纪海上丝绸之路"倡议与印尼的"全球海洋支点"战略高度契合,为进一步推动两国的经济合作提供了机遇。本文首先论述了"全球海洋支点"战略,包括其背景、目标、内容、路径及对其评价;其次,分析了中印(尼)两国发展战略对接的必要性和可行性;第三,从地缘政治、国家发展战略、外交战略、经济互惠等几个角度探讨了两国加强经济合作的理论与现实意义;第四,剖析了对印尼贸易投资的国内风险和外交风险;最后,为深化中印(尼)经济关系提出了几点相关建议。

China and Indonesia are the two major countries in Southeast Asia. The “global maritime axis”strategy of Indonesia and the“21st Century Maritime Silk Road” proposed by China are highly compatible, providing the opportunity to further promote the economic cooperation between these two countries. In this paper, the “global maritime axis” strategy of Indonesia is discussed firstly, including its background, ob？jectives, contents, path and its evaluation. Secondly, the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the connection of these two countries？ development strategies. Thirdly, the theoretical and realistic significance of strengthening the economic cooperation between China and Indonesia are discussed, from the geopoliti？cal, national development strategy, diplomatic strategy, and economic reciprocity aspects. Fourthly, the au？thor explores the domestic risks and diplomatic risks in trade and investment in Indonesia. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to reduce these risks and to deepen the economic and trade relations between China and Indonesia.
