全球化背景下中拉共同体关系研究

Research on the Community Relations of Sino-Latin American under Globalization

在经济全球化、国际事务全球化治理不断深化的背景下,中国与拉美命运共同体关系表现出平稳、快速的发展态势,中拉整体合作机制的条件逐渐成熟。中拉应当紧扣"和平与发展"的时代主题,构建坚不可摧的命运共同体关系,塑造合作共赢的发展共同体关系,进而走向牢不可破的文化共同体关系。虽然中拉关系面临着一系列的内外矛盾,但应理性、辩证地看待矛盾背后中拉关系发展的广阔前景,坚持以经贸合作为基础,促进双边和多边关系稳步发展,深化政治互信,扩展合作领域,增进互利共赢,为中拉整体性均衡发展奠定坚实基础。

With the deepening of the globalization of economic and international affairs, the Sino-Latin A？merican relations has shown a steady and fast developing trend,and a comprehensive cooperative mechanism between China and Latin America goes into maturity. In the new period, closely linked to the ＆quot;peace and development＆quot; theme of the times, both sides should build impregnable community of common destiny rela？tions, and shape the development of win-win cooperation community relations, and then build and un？breakable cultural community relations. Although the Sino-Latin American relations faces a series of internal and external contradictions, we should use a rational and dialectical attitude to view the contradic？tions, adhere to the economic and trade cooperation, and promote the steady development of bilateral and multilateral relations, further deepen political mutual trust, expand cooperation in more areas, promote mu？tually beneficial and win-win cooperation, and pull the overall balanced development.
