摘要
基于南京市玄武区生态式社区教育,玄武区社区进修学院从区域发展建构自环境、融合发展建立自组织、内涵发展开发自课程、创新发展打造自媒体、高位发展培育自特色等五个方面,形成推进社区教育发展的有效机制。
Based on the ecological type of community education, Xuanwu Community Further Education College has formed an effective mechanism to promote the development of community education.The following are the five areas highlighted in the mechanism： Regional development conducts the self-environment; Integration development establishes self-organization; Connotation development develops self-courses; Innovation development builds self-media; High-level development cultivates self-characteristics.
