摘要
岗位设置与聘用管理工作是高职院校深化人事制度改革的重要内容。简述高职院校实施岗位设置与聘用管理工作的意义,介绍南京城市职业学院岗位设置与聘用管理工作的开展情况,分析岗位设置和聘用实施现状及存在的问题,并有针对性地提出解决对策。
Post setting and employment management are important contents of deepening the reform of personnel system in Higher Vocational Colleges. The implementation of post setting and employment management have great significance in Higher Vocational Colleges. This paper introduces the development of post setting and employment management of Nanjing City Vocational college, analyses the current employment situation and existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
