摘要
通过宏观和微区形貌检查、磁粉探伤、化学成分、能谱分析、金相组织检验和显微硬度测试,对01型变速箱差速器齿圈表面剥落原因进行了分析。结果表明该齿圈的渗碳层中存在不合格的碳化物,加之有效渗碳层较浅,基体心部硬度较软。在强喷时,喷丸会直接冲击齿圈表面,导致剥落掉块失效,并给出了必要的预防建议。
The failure comparative analysis were carried on OI differential ring gear, including macro appearance inspection, SEM, magnaflux, EDS, chemical analysis, micro hardness testis, metallogvaphic analysis and so on. The results show that unqualified carbide, shallow case depth and lower core hardness are the key reasons for exfoliation failure, when the shot blasting on the surface of ring gear, and the prevention measures were put forward.
