摘要
针对汽车制动系统经常出现的制动效能不良、制动拖滞、制动跑偏等故障,对一些车辆的液压制动系统的故障进行调查和统计,采集到了相关数据。利用Matlab对故障统计数据进行了处理,分析了液压制动系统常见故障发生的原因。对故障率与运行时间和行驶里程的关系进行了建模与模型优选,得出故障率与运行时间基本符合开口向上抛物线规律,故障率与使用里程基本符合开口向下抛物线规律。本文的研究对汽车的合理使用及故障的预测具有参考意义。
The automobile brake system has many fauhs such as braking drag, poor performance, braking deviation and so on. Some investigations and statistics into some vehicles of the hydraulic vacuum brake system were holden so as to collecte the relevant data. The statistics data were processed by Matlab, and the causes of common faults of hydraulic braking system were analyzed. The model of the relationship between the fault rate and operation time and travel mileage was founded and optimized. The relationship of failure rate and operation time accords with an upward opening parabola. And the relationship of the failure rate and use mileage is in line with the downward opening parabola. The research of this paper has references for the reasonable use of the automobile and the prediction of the fault.
