摘要
近年来,城市轨道交通作为缓解城市交通压力的一个重要途径,在国内备受重视且发展迅速。作为地铁配套设备的核心系统之一的自动售检票设备的设计研究将显得尤为重要。本文从乘客的角度出发,分析了杭州地铁乘客购票、检票过程中遇到的票种单一、互联网支付使用率低、检票效率低等问题。提出了相应的应对措施,为地铁客流组织及运营管理政策制定提供一定依据。
In recent years, urban rail transit is an important way to relieve the pressure of urban traffic and has been paid much attention and developed rapidly in China. As a subway equipment, one of the core system of automatic fare collection equipment design research will be particularly important. This article from the passenger's angle, has analyzed the Hangzhou subway passenger to purchase ticket, in the ticket examination process encounters the single ticket, the Internet payment utilization rate is low, the ticket examination efficiency is low and so on. And it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to provide some basis for the formulation of passenger flow organization and operation management policy.
